Employee Referral Bonus Program Guidelines

Many successful candidates are sought out by current employees who are familiar with Ombra’s ethics, opportunities and goals. Ombra encourages current employees to resource former coworkers, fellow students and friends to apply for open positions as well as inquire about potential opportunities.

In an effort to encourage this we are instituting the following Referral Bonus Program designed to compensate our employees for their efforts.

Referral bonuses will be paid to employees who bring successful candidates to Ombra based on the following:

• The candidates must remain employed a minimum of six months.
• Employees who refer successful candidates but themselves terminate prior to the six-month time period will not be eligible for payment.
• Bonuses will be paid to the referring employee as a one-time payment in the nearest pay period after the candidate has been employed six months.
• Candidates that apply directly to Ombra through our usual hiring means, ie our Ombra Web page, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. must mention the employees name for that employee to be eligible for the referral bonus.
• An employee may also submit a candidate’s name to their manager or HR to be eligible for the bonus.
• Only candidates who are US citizens are eligible employees. Please be sure to ascertain that information prior to encouraging an application.

Unless otherwise communicated, the rate table below outlines bonus amounts and related job positions. Other higher amounts may be paid in times of urgent need. Those amounts will be communicated during the search period.
