The proposed Product Development Tool (PDT) solution will integrate highly interoperable, state-of-the-art commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions with necessary software in an obfuscated, man-packed form factor. The system will be designed towards enhanced network development, industry integration, and dispersed / decentralized operations with partner forces. Additional consideration will be taken to ensure gear is not openly nor outwardly tactical nor conspicuous while increasing operational security with enhanced capabilities in degraded and contested environments. PDT systems will include multiple modes of secure data transfer, hardware protection considerations (sleeves, cases, etc.), and various safe power options (data blockers, portable power, solar, etc.). Systems will be provided operational and maintenance training tailored for the Operator and End-Users based on prior experience.
