Tampa, FL – January 31, 2023 – Ombra, a leading technology and professional services firm, today announced it has been selected by the Indirect Influence and Competition Subgroup for a contract in the amount of $686,593 for the initial Phase with a $397,040 option for kit production. The company’s work will be focused on The Information Warfare Enabler Kit – Detachment variant (IWEK-D). Ombra is on contract to refine the components of the kit, maximize interoperability, develop cloud-based solutions for integration with existing tools, assist with operational testing and evaluation (OT&E), and provide technical support for End-Users.
This kit is designed to update and increase the organic capability of the PSYOP Detachment and form the foundation for additional development and integration of classified systems at the Company and Battalion level.

The Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD(SO/LIC)) established Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO) in 1999 to consolidate its research and development programs.
